A Tale of a Public Water Standpipe
In August, the cultural program organizes a number of heritage narration workshops for children from the societal initiative “Fekr Khana”. It aims at enriching the heritage, cultural and natural information of children of ages 6 to 12 years in simplified and exciting ways. These events support a group of field trips to the heritage sites, which include:
  • Narration workshop “A Tale of a Public Water Standpipe”
  • A Field Trip to the Textile Museum:
  • Introducing the public water standpipe as a unique design of Islamic architecture associated with charity work and used to provide water to the public.
